- All returns must be postmarked within 21 days of the date your order shipped from us.
- Merchandise must be un-washed, un-worn, un-altered with tags attached.
- Discounted items and jewelry are FINAL SALE and will not be accepted as returns.
- All returns should be authorized before a online store credit can be given. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org; with your reason for return to receive authorization.
- Include your original receipt, indicating which items you wish to return.
- No credit will be given to the original card used, refunds will only be issued in the form of online store credit.
- After return is verified a code will be emailed to you to access your online credit.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Please allow our team a week to process your return once we receive it. Expect an email to your provided email address that we received your return package.
- Exchanges: Since we are a small boutique with limited quantities, we cannot guarantee that an exchange is possible. What we can do is issue a online store credit, and if there is the correct size in the right style available, you can use your online store credit towards your new purchase!
- We guarantee the quality of our clothing by a thorough inspection completed before shipping your order. Returns due to question of quality will not be accepted.
